DESCRIPTION:REONA is an artist who uses tap dance techniques to express her music.  \nShe is also a tap dancer\, improviser\, designer\, choreographer\, teacher\, and composer. Based in Tokyo\, Japan. To materialize the sounds in her head\, she uses tap shoes and a wooden board\, as well as metal sheets\, chains\, steel bowls\, plastic bags\, and loudspeakers. Her sound is noise music–like\, and she has performed with many improvisers\, dancers\, painters\, and free jazz musicians.
